Simulation Team Update

We have been busy simulating the home using PVsyst and DesignBuilder. We are gathering data to form exceptions of the performance of the home.
We gathered data on the performance of the PV system in both Washington D.C. and closer to home in Chicago, IL. For a year, we produce over 12 MWh of energy in Washington D.C. and just shy of 12 MWh in Chicago.
We have also modeled the home in DesignBuilder. As we get more information about the appliances going into the home and HVAC system, we will be able to provide more details about the performance of the house.
